Within this chat, you can ask questions about topics such as work, documents, studying, and other essential areas of integration, including information on moving to Finland. Our team of volunteers is here to provide accurate and relevant information. Our volunteers have undergone specific training to ensure that the support they offer is reliable and helpful.
In addition to our online support, we provide offline assistance, known as "Support Person." These volunteers offer in-person help for Ukrainian refugees in Finland. From airport pickups to accompanying you to reception centerer police, they are here to guide you through unfamiliar situations and provide a warm welcome on your journey to integration.
Getting Assistance is Simple
On the desktop version of the page, look for the yellow sign 'Онлайн помощь' icon in the right corner. The chat is made for Ukrainian or Russian speaking auditory made in different cases we also can provide help in English.

Once a volunteer sees your question, they will promptly reach out to assist you.

3. In the chat, provide the following details in free form:
A Short Description of the Case
Dates of Help Needed
Name of the Person Requesting Help
Location: Specify where support is required
Required Language (Ukrainian, Russian, or English)
4. Submit Your Request:
Once you've entered the necessary information, submit your request.
Our volunteers will promptly review your request.
A dedicated Support Person will reach out to you to coordinate and provide the offline assistance you need.
Please note that not every request may fall within the scope of our competence and capabilities. But in any case, we will advise you and, if necessary, refer you.
Please note that our volunteers may not be available 24/7 to monitor the chat. While we strive to respond promptly, there might be a slight delay in receiving a reply. Rest assured, we are committed to providing you with a response via email within a maximum of 24 hours.
