Over time, we've diligently gathered resources and prepared comprehensive training for our volunteers to make this service possible.
And now, as of September 2023, we're thrilled to announce the launch of the REFUFIN Chat—a valuable resource designed to help Ukrainians integrate seamlessly into Finland.
Our chat wouldn't be possible without the incredible dedication of our volunteers. They have invested their time, knowledge, and passion into making the REFUFIN Chat a welcoming and helpful space for Ukrainians in Finland. Before assuming the role of an Online Support Volunteer, each volunteer undergoes a rigorous recruiting and onboarding process. We believe in the importance of ensuring that our volunteers are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to provide effective assistance. That's why we provide comprehensive training aimed at preparing them to offer materials, guidance, and support in their volunteer experience.
Note that the chat does not have specific opening hours, but you can send a question via chat at any time. Our volunteers will aim to answer them on weekdays, during 24 hours.
