Welcome to Tulevaisuustorstai (Future Thursday) on 26 September at 9-11AM to reflect on the development of volunteering from the perspective of new actors and new ways of working – and of course to practice your future-oriented thinking and foresight skills. The training will be in Finnish.
Artem Kuosti, an expert on multidisciplinary volunteering and chairperson of House of Helsinki, will share valuable keys and experiences on planning and managing volunteering, especially in the context of crises and migration. He will show how organisations can adapt to changing circumstances and improve their effectiveness in challenging situations. He offers practical advice and examples to help volunteer coordinators and leaders navigate complex environments and ensure effectiveness, sustainability and resilience to change.
The event is aimed at the project's Future Network and all those interested in the development of organisational and volunteer activities. Participation does not require any experience in foresight or future-oriented thinking, all you need is a computer and a network connection, as well as a curious mind.
If you are a participant or active member of the Future Network, you do not need to register - you will receive an invitation directly by email.
