14.07.2022 House of Helsinki and it's project REFUFIN participated in Suomi Areena event!
The main topic was a voluntary work and its difficulties during the crisis in Ukraine.
In fact, volunteering has positive returns for the well-being of those who do it, such as expanding the
circles of friendship and networks volunteers engaged in, bringing positive vibes, and giving meaning to life. Nevertheless, the negative side of volunteering is also present. It is physical tiredness and a big amount of time spent on volunteering.
