Volunteer Opportunities Update

Thank you for your interest in volunteering with House of Helsinki.

The REFUFIN project, which previously coordinated the majority of our volunteer activities, has now officially concluded. As a result, we are currently not accepting new volunteers under REFUFIN.

House of Helsinki continues its work and remains committed to its mission of promoting two-way integration and strengthening community connections. At the moment, our organisation is planning new activities and future projects that will support this mission.

We look forward to reopening volunteer opportunities as new initiatives are launched. We encourage you to check this page again later for updates.

What our volunteers say:

"REFUFIN project played a crucial role in my own integration in Finland. Here, I found an empathetic and supportive community where it's comfortable to volunteer without harming yourself. I'm deeply grateful to the project staff for their support and help."
